character sheet for my oc karera

originally created as a fleshwarp fighter for pathfinder 2e, if recreated today she would be made as a fleshwarp barbarian with the bloodrager class archetype

character sheet for my oc karera on the left side of is the face of a woman with an asymmetric bob. she has 5 eyes, 1 on the right and 4 on the left. the right eye has 2 pupils. 2 of the additional eye are above the left eyebrow, the other is below the left eye where an anti eyebrow piercing would be placed. the out of place eyes are both smaller and lack irises. she has a cleft palate and a line down her bottom lip that continues to just below her collarbone. below the face is an array of surgical devises: a bonesaw, long flaying knife, surgical probe, hammer, and scalpel. to the right of the the face is a full body illustration in a neutral pose. she is wearing clothing that resembles a mix of a 19th century surgeon's outfit and butcher's outfit, with a thick leather apron and sleeves. her left arm splits at the forearm and she has 3 hands. 3 shoed feet are visible beneath her skirt. to the right of the full body illustration is her nude torso with 3 breasts, 1 on the right and 2 and 2 on the left. her hands cover her nipples. her right hand has 5 total fingers, the upper left hand had 4 total fingers, and the lower left hand has 2 fingers and lacks an opposable thumb. two bony protrusions are visible below her right breast. the right most image shows her open mouth, the bottom jaw spits vertically and opens down the length of her neck. the uvula and tonsils are visible in the bhind her tongue which is deeply forked with a split. over 50 teeth are visible, mostly cutting teeth resembling incisors, but a few canine and molar like teeth. a few additional teeth are cramped into their typical locations, several more continue down the vertical opening that splits her chin and neck. the protrusions of her vocal chords and collarbone are visible in the vertical split of her mouth. text on the character sheet will be included in the comments because of character limits in alt text
