I understand what you’re saying, but those who can get out should be allowed to. This country does not want a revolution again, or the public would be more active in the streets. There would be more anger. One side is angry and we don’t have the majority right now. I don’t blame anyone for leaving.

Canada’s unemployment rate was 6.6% as of February. While that’s 2 percentage points higher than the US, they also provide healthcare, unemployment benefits, and more. It allows people to take time to find a job they want. Sure, it’s by no means a perfect system, but comparing it to the US is dumb.

So, do we just believe whatever anyone reports, or do we use other measures to determine if it’s true or not? Do we claim to know either way? We can fight this admin without making up stories. If that’s what’s happening here.

While I hate our current state, and hate the fact that things are so messed up, I don’t believe this just from him and need some proof. He’s known to make wild accusations like these.
