After carbonation for a week in a keg, I'm tapping to bottles using a counter pressure filler. For the first time, I still need to get used to it. My gas line needs a T split to consistently get an even pressure. Got a few bottles done. 😋

After 13 days its finally ready to tap my blonde lagers to kegs! Its still going to take at least a few weeks before it starts tasting good though. Although I wont be able to help myself from taste testing every day. 😇 🍻
