I’d never have thought that the remotely unimaginable would become my reality.

But, as Melissa makes her final approach, I pray the prayer from our national anthem.

Eternal Father, bless our land
Guide us with thy mighty hand
Keep us free from evil powers
Be our light through the darkest hour

Taking suggestions for reading devices (that aren’t iPads) that double as great devices for note-taking!

Trying to ween myself from reading on my Mac — it’s very distracting IMO

Finally got the energy to start organizing my research agenda(s) into a trackable (and easily accessible) Notion.

For a lot of us, losing Twitter isn’t really about losing ties to the company itself. It’s losing 10+ years of real, asynchronous communities, professional development, the ability to get gigs and clients, the ability to promo/share your art on an extremely broad scale. The loss of that has impact.

What a gorgeous day — on the deck reading about the history of neoliberalism and other political economy polemics… with a bit of planespotting.

**A formal introduction
An formal introduction; I’m Brandon — a serious music, transit and aviation nerd who studies the governance of emerging technology during the day (and night) time.

Looking forward to healthy discourse about these and more on here!
