I make “chicken noodle soup” by buying powdered chicken stock and taking a packet of spaghetti and snapping them smaller to make it like the noodles from the packets. Can add carrots/rice/peas/potatoes if you get a rotisserie chicken you can make your own stock from the bones in a slow cooker.

Only if you can be “the life of the party” and if you really like hiking or jogging.
