Somehow it's been 19 years since Final Fantasy XII, one of the best games in the entire franchise.

No better way to spend Halloween.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles is the kind of remaster you dream about when it comes to such an important piece of video game history.

Finished up my Aetherwells and decided to give my Summoner a spooky-ish glamour to accent the little black bat flapping on the front of this tome.

Very happy to finally hold @lostincult.co.uk Lock-On Vol 006!

My essay "Defying Gravity" is about Gravity Rush, and what "heroes" do or don't owe society.

The hardcover is especially beautiful, with that Yoshitaka Amano art of Terra from FF VI.

My second Lock-On essay and I'm grateful!

It's been over 15 years since I last read the Deepgate Codex trilogy by Alan Campbell, and as someone who doesn't re-read books often, it's crazy how much this one held up. It's a tight-paced dark fantasy filled with great characters in a fucked-up world; I'm surprised it hasn't become more popular.

Went to a Speculative Fiction mini seminar and workshop last night at the Wheelock Library in Tacoma/Proctor. It was put on by Washington Humanities and they kept saying the turnout was bigger than expected.

I think we are all craving community and arts.

I've had a religious trauma book building in me my entire life.

I began this manuscript months ago, and now that we are in the preferred season, I feel dedicated.

Inspired by my personal lived experiences, and colored by True Detective, Silent Hill, Twin Peaks, and It, this is an epic project.
