Unless she filed a return claiming both as primary residences, it’s a civil issue with the lender. She likely doesn’t do her own taxes, and no competent pro would file multiple primaries. Not grounds for termination at the Fed.

You should take a look at what health insurance (or lack thereof) looks like for self-employed folks in this country. Fully 10% of the US workforce is essentially locked out of the healthcare system and runs the continuous risk of bankruptcy. I’m 40 and reasonably healthy marketplace

Got to say I’m a big fan of your financial analysis, but it seemed clear on this week’s episode that you are supremely out of touch with the way most people experience health care in this country.

My wife, before she was my wife, talked me out of it for basically this reason. Counterpoint a lot of people I’ve known who’ve done it say it’s been life changing. Also… doesn’t this feel like old Twitter, kind of nice. 🙂
