I love LEGO, micromanaging our family’s budget, and puzzles of all sorts. Mostly here for the cat memes
Also, I don’t know why my first comment has a “link”. Please ignore that. It was not intentional

In this understanding, it feels like there is room to understand God (in the story) as making good on the threat of death (if we understand exile/expulsion as a kind of national death)

Hi Dan. Appreciate your work. RE Gen 2-3, I wonder if you might speak to the theory that this story is a metaphor for the people of God and “the land”. And that their expulsion from the garden is a metaphor for the Babylonian exile—seeing exile/expulsion as a kind of national “death”.

Thank you for your insight! This confirms what I suspected, but an expert weigh in is always appreciated!

Highly recommend the goetta at Eckerlin’s meats in Findlay market! Absolutely love Graeter’s. Cincinnati is a delight, and I’m glad you had a good time!

Who are we to judge what a man, his sister, and their bobble head do in the privacy of their own showroom, while their ethically adopted dogs look on?

Don’t look down on juvenile graphic novels. My kiddo loves books, and their “gateway” into reading was “Dog-Man”. Audiobooks too. They love to get lost in a story, and letting them embrace audiobooks was a big part of that

I’ve always appreciated your craft, and your performance as Chuck is one of my favorites. But my introduction to you was Short Circuit 2 (that’s what I get for being born in the 80s!)

Does The West Wing’s “In the Shadow of Two Gunmen” qualify as one of these?
