Yeah some injuries stay forever; I pulled a back muscle and years later I still had to warm it up before working out. Its amazing with all of those activities that could have caused an injury and you injured it doing something so normal. That seems to be the way it goes sometimes.

I’ve been lucky to never have any foot related issues, did fracture my wrist when I was younger. That’s what happens when you roll down a hill head first though.

I stopped watching the news when I was a teenager. I found I was happier and never really got too involved. I do read things from time to time but for the most part I don’t really get involved. Honestly there was a couple of years about 20 years ago where I got involved and I was always upset.

I never watch the news…that’s why I’m a happier person. I learn most of the news from others anyway. We’ve had some rain here as well, but it’s keeping things cool which is nice.
