Totally, and didn’t take it that way. But we have a great team. I would say one of Axel’s biggest strengths is allowing talent to develop and flourish at all levels of the club.

There are many good data analytics teams in MLS and I am not positioned to say who is the best, but ours is very, very good, to a point where - like on the pitch - the system is the biggest star. Scouting and recruitment processes are exceptional from top to bottom. Incredibly thorough.
