Many people could do fine even with just level 1 (a normal household outlet), especially if we started incentivizing employers to install chargers at workplaces (which could also be level one) as a "free" employee perk

I will say that even when the crossclimate 2s are noisy, to me it sounds more like a low pitched white noise, and it's less annoying than the noise from the Bolt EV's oem tires.
