This reeks of self preservation. Of course a multifamily brokerage is not in support of public/social housing. It almost certainly will not trade on the market in these brokers lifetimes, if ever. They’re just hunting for their next commission.

501-1000 daily riders on almost the entirety of Broadway in SW in 2024 with 2001-3000 crossing the Broadway bridge daily. The city has “committed” to it’s mode share goals. Removing successful bike infrastructure won’t increase that share. It will make bike infrastructure less safe.
