I dislike Morrissey and all he has become but you guys are missing the point of the Smiths to a generation of young British boys. I can only listen to them again after a gap of decades. If you were part of that you would understand. I am not trying to be critical of you but to communicate.

I first encountered one of these when I went to Haarlem as a young person. Coming from England and only having ever drank instant "coffee" this was a revelation. I still use one of these 40 years later.
I never did like coffemelk though!

Many nurses are immigrants who have children here who don't want to work in the health service as they know how awful their parents have been treated.

I don't agree. We can train enough people but the low wages and poor conditions mean very few school leavers are interested in becoming HCA's or nurses.
This is nothing to do with immigration, something necessary for the health of our country.

Working in a caring profession is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. It saddens and worries me that this country doesn't value its care workers. With proper training, fair pay and upgraded buildings we will all benefit. More people will be employed, pay taxes and have rewarding jobs.
