What's better than Red Dress Day? Is there a better way to raise HIV/AIDS awarenesss - and fill the roadways with fabulousness? We don't think so! Red Dress Day stems from an AIDS Ride back in the day where riders attempted to look like a red ribbon on the road with everyone wearing red for the day.
