There's just something about describing a problem you're currently working on precisely to an LLM, having it spit out hundreds to thousands of lines of code that are very nearly exactly what you're looking for that keeps me hacking into the wee hours of the morning.

The moment I knew the AI programmer was better than me was when it started including great documentation with every change... 😂😭

Engineering and product leadership should always get laptops a few tiers below what the rest of the team gets. Your users won't all have the best hardware, and someone on the team should be dogfooding the product on those specs. Might as well be leadership.

In the last decade I've been teased surprisingly often for using `netstat` instead of the (relatively) more modern `ss`.
What finally got me off netstat was realizing that the most common command I run in netstat is almost identical in ss: -tupln.
