God damn it. I've been struggling with a really bad case of trichotillomania for a few days now. Every day I keep plucking more hairs and follicles out and I worry I'm going to have permanent bald spots on me. Those thoughts are just feeding into a stress loop making me pluck more.

1. I'm gay and aceflux. If you've never heard of aceflux, it means that I have periods of time when I feel asexual and periods of time when I crave sex. My ace phases last about a couple weeks, but when I'm in the mood it usually lasts a couple days.
