What do you think we should do to reverse declining birth rates?
This seems to mostly be an economics problem, as many cite high costs for their reluctance to have children.

Though, naturally, there are studies on caffeine, l-theanine, & theobromine that are relatively easy to find.
Regarding yerba mate specifically, it's mostly in a "more research needed" zone. For instance, research in "Studies in Natural Products Chemistry" said as much in their 2024 edition (2/2)
