NYC will always be my hometown but honestly lots of what I’ve read and heard about Chicago makes me think it’d be a close 2nd. I def gotta visit someday, ideally when the weather is warmer.

I don’t expect people to be as diplomatic as me but I’m also not shy about immediately pointing out somebody being snappy because 99% of the time it has nothing to do w/me or the situation at hand and they gotta deal w/whatever is bothering em b/c I’m not dealing w/their attitude.

Weirdest public convo I heard was when I was in a truck stop restroom & the guy in the stall was having a full-blown loud convo on his cell about his aunt’s will.

Like is this the right place to be having a convo like that?

It’s def a challenge. I’ve gotten more comfortable w/my body but not entirely b/c I know how my body used to be when I didn’t develop unhealthy habits. Now it’s been an effort to undo years of negligence & progress is being made to a point where I’ll hopefully feel good about my body.

How is that even supposed to work, how the heck are we supposed to tell the convos apart from the rest of the text???
