Hi anyone. I've recently learned that I am allowed to take up space and I'm here to do that. I don't know what that looks like yet, but it's time to show myself that being seen will no longer bring punishment. If you see yourself in my mirror maybe hang out and see what happens?

Calling people "good" or "bad" is limiting. You won't see when your "bad person" experiences growth and change, and you will accept lies as truth from your "good person". Boundary setting will keep you safer than labeling people based on fleeting examples of their behavior.

While comparing yourself to other disabled people who are succeeding where you are struggling, remember that you don't know what kind of support they had to achieve that. Look how well you did on your own. Not everyone survives. You did.
