logging in to read carfire posts like the morning paper

has anyone else experienced this? i have definitely not shared my password with anyone. this first happened like two weeks ago and then my account got restricted so i couldn't follow anyone else. i keep trying to change my password but every time i do it just brings me back to this screen.
