I am not sure why Saudi Arabia hasn't increased already. They have been watching their market share get eroded since 2018. I know they need US support for their wars with Yemen and have to keep on eye on Iran. I guess Trump just gave them a free pass to increase.

I believe YYZ gets all of it jet fuel delivered via the US.
