I do! well, how stem is presented in education specifically. I work in stem and am able to be freely creative outside of it, but that required years of deprogramming the feelings of "I want to be an artist" into "I want to create". the 2 feel very different to me.

doesn't always have to be lonely though good point! Ive thought that being goal-oriented pushes you to use something like AI, but I suppose that's not always the case.

I used to be very attached to result personally. It's very easy to fall down that hole when you've been through an overwhelmingly stem-oriented childhood. even music can become goal-oriented in that setting. it's an education problem imo
