This is a state criminal charge. The federal government has no access even though this guy worked for them. The criminal authorities in Minnesota must work to subpoena the killer in this case.

She could not hold a light to Tip O'Neill. Now, there was a speaker who stood up to a Republican president and fought for the people.
She took over in 2006, but four years later, we were annihilated by the Republicans -- the key target for the Tea Party.

I am an American, and while I was educated in religious schools and grew up in a religious family, I do not believe in heaven or hell and do not believe that a God exists.
Many of the founding fathers were not christians, either. Washington and Jefferson and Madison were Deists.

Well, as Democrat for more than 50 years, I say, Good riddance. She has not provided the leadership for the Democratic Party, and we are where we are because of the lackluster leadership over the years.
The ACA passed despite her, not because of her. She lost almost 40 of her caucus who voted no.
