Working through Cisco ISE installs.

Soaking in the neon glows while hanging out in the digital snow.
I was tired of my glasses always sliding down when working out so I bought these silicon hooks. Five pairs for $4 on Amazon. Worked like a charm. Photo from Amazon listing.

The only way to "fix" it was to disable AI and Spotlight. Once I did that, my free space is staying over 300 GB. Here are the before/after pics showing the system data difference. I have re-enabled Spotlight for Apps and Folders and the free space is staying consistent.

Not sure why I get this a lot when trying to log into different Microsoft accounts. I've tried 3 different browsers, on/off VPN, etc. and nothing helps outside of keep trying until it works.

This is Birdie (aka Ms Bird, Birdilicious). We fostered her 1.5 years ago. She was adopted and returned twice. The second time, the couple was told she had a serious brain infection and wouldn't last more than 6 weeks.

Picked this up the other day. UCS chassis with 224TB of raw storage (56 four terabyte SAS 12Gb/s drives). I will probably end up using the drives in another NAS because this beast requires too much power.

This is our newest foster dog, Finnegan (Fin). He's 12 years old and blind. He's with us because some a-hole hoarder thought it was a good idea to leave him chained to a tree 24-7.

If only there was some way for this recruiter on LinkedIn to know my professional background has zero experience with this potential job.

Picked up some Ghost Nutter Butter flavored whey protein and it is the best tasting protein ever. It even has little chunks of cookies in it.

Trying to cancel my SiriusXM subscription in the van because we don't need it but that option always sends me to th "We're experiencing technical issues" page. All the other options (transfer sub, replace radio, etc) work without issue. 😂

The new firewall, running @opnsense.org, is up and humming right along now that I have the new AT&T modem. Low utilization considering I have Netflow (feeding local Insight), DHCP, and Unbound DNS running.

Out and about with my wife this afternoon. Decided to stop at a local burger place that has been here since 1975. It smelled like grease and could probably use a good cleaning. The 1.5 pound cheese burger was freaking awesome. 5 stars.

My son built his first modded keyboard and it is pretty impressive. The keystrokes are smooth as butter, but requires some force to prevent accidental presses, and using kinetic sand in the base as a noise dampener was an interesting choice.
