If you did just want a MOT certificate, regardless of whether your car was roadworthy / safe, then you would be able to find that somewhere. Much like rogue house owners / landlords can do now.

Impossible to call currently, great game!
We’re inter-railing this Easter and heading to Barcelona. Can’t wait to be in places which prioritise active travel and car free spaces.
