ICP (Internet Computer) is a Layer 1 blockchain that is totally decentralized, all data and processing is on the chain, and can host any other blockchain. It will be the next cloud provider to challenge the likes of Google, Microsoft, and Amazon
Any interaction with a blockchain other than ICP will incur fees, because any blockchain that can’t store data fully on-chain is essentially just a ledger. No matter how advanced the ledger is, it can only sign a transaction quickly and securely. As a ledger, that is the best it can offer.
