Agreed there. But some cats cannot be outdoor cats, and giving them a safe space to retreat to is important. There are all sorts of barn cats here and they live safely in barns and open garages.
If you have a cat keep it indoors. But if you have ferals nearby, give them a safe space.

Oof. I cooked turkey for the first time ever this year. The middle of the breast was undercooked, the heaviest part of the dark meat was undercooked, the surface was dry as hell.

I 3D printed some bag clips that work amazingly well. They use way too much filament, but they're print in place and they're pretty heavy duty. Good shit.

I have a separate computer that does all the.. er, compute. Home Assistant, Plex, OctoPrint, and I'm working on getting RomM set up. I don't do a lot, but it's fun to play with!

Don't sweat the server stuff and all, I'm still learning a lot of that too. My DIY NAS is an old computer I used to use as my daily driver with some enterprise hard drives. Definitely made a lot of mistakes getting it set up!
