This guy’s LinkedIn shows that he was a law clerk in NY law firms for the two years after he graduated from law school, and it looks like he never passed the bar.

One thing I wonder about the citizenship proof part of the EO that I haven’t seen anywhere … isn’t it a poll tax? I don’t think there is anyway to get proof of citizenship for free. You need to pay for a copy of your birth certificate in most states, don’t you? And a passport costs money, too.
