day 5/90: lifting on a ~500-800 calorie deficit sucks so bad. the third set of every lift is beating the shit out of me. I’m hungry and sore all the time but also down 8 pounds so maybe it’s fine

looking through my letterboxd diary I find it really odd how I tend to consume media in bunches; it's like I completely forget movies exist for months at a time. I feel like I do a similar thing with new album listens too
