It's absurd to play an extra 10 minutes and have a game still end in a tie. If you're going to let ties exist, just eliminate OT altogether and go straight to a tie at the end of 60 minutes

The Hulu one is better for understanding the how and why. The Spike Lee doc is better for capturing the feeling of the people affected. I recently watched both (the Hulu doc inspired me to go back and watch) and I didn't realize Spike Lee also had a 2nd Katrina doc that I have not watched yet
