This is almost certainly due to the natsec folks saying it would give away too much technical performance data to Russia of our weapons and their defenses.
This would harm us when/if the real conflict by giving ru a chance to adapt their systems now before widespread conflict.

Why would they hide that behind any sort of paywall.
Just unlock it. So it can be shared widely outside of subscribers.

My instructions to family and friends has been: Get novavax if it’s available. But get whatever is available when it’s time for your booster.
I’m also happy to support a more diverse set of platforms and companies for vaccines as well, but that’s very indirect.

All the research I’ve read, it’s equal to maybe incrementally better than the mRNA.
But with significantly less reactions in the 48 hours after the shot.
Plus has significantly less onerous cold chain requirements.
Which makes it incrementally superior. But both are fine.
