Looks like that doesn't have to go through Drammen so should be fine. The Vy app will show you if there's a bus on the route or any other problem when you search for tickets. It is showing some departures sold out today.

Don't try and get west of Oslo by train. We're on buss for tog (rail replacement bus) all July. Making it annoying to get to work but it does make me feel at home.
