🥰🥰🥰 I think the hardest thing is routine building. My rec would be to start out w a routine you can reliably do 2-3 times per week for the first 2-3 months. For exercises, I’d say do 3 full body days and experiment without overexerting yourself. 2 upper, 2 lower and 1 core. Track progress!

Bulk as big as I can while gaining as much strength as possible before shifting to a shredding phase in like January. I feel like this kind of build is sort of the aspiration, but I’ve never been like abs level shredded so I might detour through there too

Not to brag but I did workout most of the murder plot in the new knives out movie. Like there’s a reason my screen name used to be “Jessica Fletcher’s Gay Nephew”
