Right enough. I had just settled down to watch it...could still just about hear the roar from the final whistle reverberating around the place. A wee bit harsh on the travelling fans..not one but *two* taxis needed.

I worked there for 5 yrs and married a Salford Lass. To me it's now a wee bit soulless, but the old hangouts are still there. Was through a couple of days ago.. it's absolute bedlam with the Christmas markets!
