How does a state withholding federal taxes work? State government units are not Federally taxed. Sales taxes go to state and local government, not the Federal government. You could withhold paying your individual taxes to the IRS, but good luck with that. Just curious....

I would like to see a judges ruling on whether or not this is protected under the Speech and Debate Clause. I think pols. have abused it way too much and it's no longer providing just the protection it was intended to provide.

MLB is the test source for this. Did the pitch clock, the throw-over and batter-in-box rule changes help or hinder MLB ratings?
Personally, I like the changes.

Real curds are fantastic. Lakefront Brewing in Milwaukee has my favorite, and they do a monthly spin as well. The half-a-cheesestick that some places pass off as curds are complete garbage.
