I know I’ve been a chatterbox abt Canada but seriously- some of the views were unreal. I didn’t realize it until now, but I was DEEP in a depressive episode before I left. It was rough. Seeing nature reminded me what it’s all about! Why we should bother being alive.

When I looked Biggie up later, I found Big Poppa. I know it’s dumb but like, I’m a bigger guy and always felt a little embarrassed about it. Hearing Biggie not just own his size but /LEAN IN/ to the fact was something new to me. I felt a new kind of self confidence?
