and I know what you're thinking: "that's not very funny." but wait until you hear a cat snoring from eight feet in the air, or the sound a highfalutin visitor makes when they see what you've done to the table

find the nicest heavy antique coffee table you can on fb marketplace or Craigslist, stack the tree on top, and bolt the tree to the table

He cites an interview with a Nazi from a concentration camp in Krakow:
"So what about your ideal world, what was this dream you had of a world after the holocaust? Even if you had won the war you'd have a broken stressed nation to deal with after."
"After? The dream was doing it"

nothing tops breakfast for dinner on one of these bad boys. And they make a very solid wood cutting board that nests on top for food prep. Only speak to me in short order when I'm working my Steelmade!!

Serving hot meals on strike support? Danny Chowder. When the mic cuts out during a rally? Danny Louder. Starring alongside Jeff Goldblum and Mary Steenburgen in a 1995 sci-fi drama? Danny Powder.

It seems like the workers directly affected disagree with you, too, both on wages and on scabbing. Days or weeks of trash every forty years is worth it for a clean conscience, IMO

The tenor of my agreement is such that I oppose undermining the strike in any way. Nothing in the DC33 proposal is unreasonable. 8+8+8 puts the average salary by 2028 at a 2024 living wage only for single, childless adults, nobody else

That's well below a living wage for Philadelphia! If clean streets are important for our city -- and we clearly agree they are! -- we need to insist on fair pay for those doing the work

disagree that it is responsible to weaken the efforts of underpaid city workers who have cleaned up Philly streets, without a strike, for as long as I've been alive.

Minimizing the disruption of a strike undermines worker power. It's not complicated: Helping take pressure off the boss (ie the Mayor) is scab behavior. Don't like the trash? Call Mayor Parker and tell her.
