In this theoretical assumption of someone getting hurt (not a given) I would give Kyle Harrison a shot. He’s on the 40 man and you traded your best hitter for him, might as well see if he can pitch better than a guy who is statistically one of the worst starting pitchers in the league this year.

Because of all pitchers that have thrown 80 innings or more he has the worst WAR and worst FIP in all of baseball. He has a negative WAR so he’s literally been worse than a replacement level player
