au itadori and fushiguro. fushiguro is wearing a white suit reminiscent of project sekai’s blanche aile dress, and has star shaped scars on his left wrist. he also has outer space stars in his hair and a star shaped earring on his right ear. he is holding itadori (donning a hospital gown and glowing fingers, as well as the “cleave” markings on his left arm.) in a “dip” (like dance) except itadori is facing the other direction and is slumped over, having fushiguro hold him with the dipping arm to keep him from falling. fushiguro is dramatically sewing up itadori open back with a red string of fate on a needle with a soft, almost cooing expression. they are under a dramatic spotlight with an otherwise dark background.
