PUBLISHERS: when you open an Ingram sales sheet, you're not the only one who gets this alert; EVERYONE does. 100% Ingram's fault. File is tab-delimited, but the .xls extension looks like a trick to fake the file-type as old Excel.

I've asked Ingram repeatedly to fix this, and so should you.

That said, today I worked not in a café, but Vancouver's seaplane terminal on Coal Harbour. Good wifi, comfy seating, and the view. THE VIEW.
