Not really. Of eligible voters, roughly 1/3 voted for him, 1/3 voted for Harris, & 1/3 did not vote at all. So 2/3 of electorate either voted for him or were OK with him/didn't care.

How about sanity, no drama, and reality-based governance to start? Grappling with the real challenges faced by this country (climate change, failing infrastructure, erosion of industrial base, etc). But I guess that's just too sophisticated or abstract for the average knuckle-dragging voter.

So yeah, people voted for this.

While in office, he told people to inject bleach, tried to shake down a foreign leader to take out his political opponent, and as the cherry on top tried to foment a coup because he didn't like the election results. And yet, last year the electorate decided that he was the guy to put back in charge.

This, this, this 1000%!!! In 2016, you could make a semi-plausible argument that people only knew him from The Apprentice, "successful businessman", Hillary unlikable, etc.

The average voter is a drooling moron.
