-17F this morning so Minnesota gardening is happening indoors for now. Here's 2 trays of microgreens, Tokyo Bekana Napa cabbage that are harvested when they get their first set of true leaves. We also have a tray of Chinese broccoli started. Most of the "Asian" greens work well with this method.
