I find it a bit odd that you have to sign your ballots. Don't you have secret votes? We do in Australia. All we do is tell them our name and address. No signing.

In the Navy we would have over 10 cups of instant coffee over the day. In our watch system it was 4 hours on, 4 off, 6 on 6 off. You had to be on top of your game in the operations room because that's where we ran the combat. Coffee kept us alert. 40 years later and I have voice & sleeping probs.
