You're right, but they only stay there through the general inaction and lack of awareness. Of course gerrymandering can leave those with voice excluded at a state level, county and town can easily be effected. They don't have the support they think they do.

That's a great question! Honestly, there is quite a bit of hope from the AOC and Bernie groups, but the real answer is the people. We need a constant local push on a nationwide level to see the real accountability. Our local and state representatives need a lot of work.

Don't let these traitors off the hook.
