As far as I remember the initial audio enhancement was effed up, and the Insiders reporting about it mistook it for the final experience (always a bad idea for Insiders).

Rare had another testing cycle with the fixed experience, but I haven't played Insiders since then.

I only tried the generic profile (free) and only tested it for just a few seconds, but I did realise the waves on my boat sounding more "spatial" when I turned the option on. Otherwise it sounded very much the same. Gotta test it in combat.

It uses AI to generate a 3D scan of your head and ears from a single image, which is then used to adjust the audio (created by human artists) to your unique shape.

Overall it doesn't remove human jobs, it just makes things easier for the consumer.

It's now the YouTube/Crunchyroll machine, because for whatever reason the Switch 2 doesn't support these apps.

I doubt they'll ever update Crunchyroll too, since most people probably have a Smart TV or Tablet that can already do that.

If they wanna continue stuff with the CoF, they should do it with a seperate commendation tree. Ideally stuff you could stack with the regular comm (for an extra challenge) so people can catch up.
