The Donington Collection used to be spectacular in its heyday. I recognise a few refugees it in Ecclestone’s collection like the Thinwall Special and Nuvolari’s Maserati. I took these very shortly before it closed, such a shame.

John Surtees didn’t always get on with Tom Wheatcroft I believe but here he is in 1985 in Tom’s BRM V16 MkII at the F3000 meet at Donington Park the first on the GP circuit and also onboard his MV Agusta. #motorsportphotography #BRM #MVAgusta
