I was just bragging to my doctor a few days ago that I hadn't been sick in about a year.... Naturally I woke up this morning feeling like I had been gently nudged by a train. Very cute, very cool. Never speaking again so I can't jinx myself 🙏🏻

My current obsession is mixing the fairlife vanilla protein shake with Fanta zero orange. It tastes like a delicious orange creamsicle but is like zero sugar, under 200 cals, and almost 30g of protein. There's also no caffeine so technically counts towards hydration?!? Win-win-win-win!!

The gut-brain axis is one of the rudest & most diabolical I've heard of. You mean to tell me every time I'm upset, scared, or stressed!! my dumb little brain tells my stomach to violently punish me?! The audacity! I am made of stress, no wonder my tummy always hurts. And no, I'm not brave about it.

28. Bittersweet birthdays. I celebrate another year with a chip on my shoulder, on my heart. I make a point to take a photo of myself every year on my birthday as a milestone to reflect on in future years. I look back to my 25th birthday often, and now how different things are at 28.

I have once again been fooled by the majestic title & cover photo of a nature documentary & have now violently wept 3 times in a 45 minute span of time. PSA do not watch Frozen Planet II if you have a heart & value your emotional well-being. Can we please have ONE happy nature documentary? pls???

We do not currently live in a democracy in the US, this is demonstrably true, so I don't really understand why people pretend to be so scared of having a simple, centralized gov that has a shared understanding of human rights and providing needs like shelter, food, basic goods, heathcare, etc.
