As a kid it bothered me that the wake they have for a mouse who was eaten by cats… had the dead mouse there for viewing? Wee little me got stuck wondering if the cat had been sick after, and did they wash him before the funeral…

Yep. My friend’s dad nearly died this way in high school. His buddy went into the grain storage and pitched over. He ran after him and pitched over. Third guy yelled stayed out and yelled for help.

Yep. We learned when the black bears did their daily stroll down the properties to see if anyone left their garbage out so we knew when we could go use the outhouse in the morning. They were very punctual at least.

Yes. Right now I am catching shit in my extended family for cutting off brother-handsy and I genuinely can’t break all the incidents with the people giving me shit. They won’t accept it and then I’ll be the liar. He would walk away stronger in support. I can only warn people who aren’t in his pocket
