Also- when i leave the guild to try to clear it on my character it still shows a "ghost guild" of sorts. This whole thing is so dumb.

It's definitely hit or miss. I had a trove and a booster box- I pulled 2 enchanted and 1 epic but others I know aren't really pulling anything
