I am attending this event. Social housing is middle income AND affordable housing. We need this in high opportunity towns like Boulder.

Another drag that suppresses the building of middle income housing are Inclusionary Zoning or Inclusionary Housing requirements that subsidize low income housing by an exaction on market rate homes. In Boulder, 25% of new homes must be permanently affordable.

I wish there were a way to ID the photos, so we here in BlueSkylandia (I am in Boulder) could add these as examples to our arsenal in support of housing, and maybe even get hold of the photos.

I agree, but re housing. We support density in cities to make cities more urban so that wild places can retain their wildness, without encroachment from suburbs and exurbs.
